RECOMMENDED USE
Intumescent paint for fire protection of steel structure for time intervals as 30min, 45 min, 60 min and 120min.
The Assessment report is based on the new European legislation
EN 13381 – part 4 : 2005.

When a layer of intumescent coating Pyro Pro ( ca. 1 mm thick ) is exposed to heat of 300oC and above, it will swell up to 10-50 times to build a foam char barrier that insulates the underlying substrate.
Pyro Pro can be used to protect metal structures. Manufactured by Hydroton, a company that produces paints & varnishes since 1947.
