HYDROTON NF WOOD VARNISH Intumescent paint

DESCRIPTION

Two component water-based intumescent varnish.

RECOMMENDED USE

For the fire protection of wooden furniture and wooden constructions according to ΕΝ 13501 - 1 : 2007. Wooden construction, protected with this varnish, will build up a char foam , when fire attacked, and wood becomes to no flammable material.

SURFACE PREPARATION

On the prepared surface preserved or coloured, one or two coats of intumescent varnish must be applied. The whole varnish film must be top coated with a polyurethane varnish in order to protect
it from atmospheric pollution.

APPLICATION DETAILS

• The product is applied by spray gun, airless, brush or roller.
• Thinning :   up to 10% with clean water.
• Tools cleaning:  with water.

SAFETY

Use the product to well ventilated place. Wear suitable protective gloves, eyeglasses and face protection.
