SILICONE HT Intumescent paint
DESCRIPTION
Silicone resin based heat resistant paint.
RECOMMENDED USE
Heat resistant coating for temperatures 250-300o C which is used in industrial applications, e.g. in coatings for chimneys, furnaces , heat exchangers, exhaust systems.

SURFACE PREPARATION
All the surfaces must be dry and clean before application of the paint. We recommend sandblasting before application. Besides heat resistance, extremely good corrosion resistance can be additionally achieved with a zinc rich primer.
APPLICATION DETAILS
- Dilution : 5-15% with solvent N'401.
- The paint is applied by spray gun and by brush.
SAFETY
Use the product to well ventilated place. Wear suitable protective gloves, eyeglasses and face protection.

Drying Time
The paint normally dries within 30 - 60 min after application. To get maximum resistance to heat, corrosion and chemicals, the paint has to be baked 30 - 60 min at 200o C .
